If you are not completely satisfied with any bag you purchased you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note, shoes are made to match the specific size and design of each customers order, thus we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

Please contact us using our contact form to initiate a return. If there is something wrong with your item, you can choose a full refund or an exchange. We will inspect the returned product once received and issue a credit or send an exchange.
